You fill out a brief project questionnaire, allowing me to get to know the property and your vision.

2. First consultation

I review the information provided, and if I can assist with the project, we schedule a meeting.

3. Site assessment and preparation

On-site assessment, review of the necessary work, and preparation for execution.

4. Execution

The renovation begins, with coordination of the specialists and work processes.

5. Handover

The work is completed, and you take possession of your renovated home.

Before scheduling an appointment, I would like to get to know the property and what you wish to achieve.

A few brief questions will help me understand: where the property is located, its type and size, the work required, its current condition, when you would like to start, and the budget you have in mind.

Filling out the questionnaire takes approximately 2–3 minutes.

Based on the questionnaire, we will discuss what you would like to achieve and determine the appropriate next step for your project.

This is not general advice, but an initial consultation regarding your specific project.

A detailed on-site assessment and cost planning are already part of the "Renovation" package.

If you commission me to carry out the work, I will deduct the cost of the package from the final project total.
